Course GuidanceGiven the spectrum of career choices available today, appropriate career planning at the school-leaving phase is vital to ensure that students are well informed about career options and that they are able to understand their own capabilities, aligning themselves with potential future career choices. Making the right choice depends largely on possessing a thorough knowledge of oneself as well as the world of work. The career guidance programme helps the students to analyze their interests, aptitude, ability and personality. From the academic year 2005-’06, a Career Curriculum has been introduced starting from grade IX upwards so that every student can make an informed choice.
