International Yoga Day
"You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside."
The International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st of June to bring peace, harmony, happiness and success to every soul in the world. Yoga helps to achieve a better life, physically, emotionally and mentally. This day is a great opportunity to imbibe the value of discipline. On this day, a video was shared with the students demonstrating a few warm-up exercises, sitting and standing poses with a synchronized recitation. Grades 9 & 10 students of OOEHS, created this video, which explained the importance of the daily exercise. The celebration concluded with students sharing their thoughts and views on International Yoga Day.
