Kinder Star Innovators
Children have a natural and innate curiosity about the world they live in. The students of KG-1 transformed into little explorers during the week-long ‘Kinder Star Innovators’ activities. These sessions were hosted between 31st May to 4th June, and gave our tiny tots an opportunity to discover various innovative activities with parental support and guidance. Entitled ‘STEAM activities’, these tasks provide a safe and fun way for children to learn the basic concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Each class was given a specific topic, some examples of which are – ‘making a word projector, ‘to go on a STEAM hike’, ‘create your own ‘DIY tinker kit’, ‘creating masterpiece with recycling things’ etc. These activities allowed the children to investigate and explore while making them an active participant in their own learning. The program encouraged the students to express their inventiveness. These STEAM activities also boosted our children’s imagination, which will help them become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and innovators.
