“Wellbeing is attained little by little and nevertheless is no little thing itself’’

The department of Grade 6 conducted Wellbeing week with various exciting and collaborative activities for the students using different ICT tools and apps. The Wellbeing week which was spread over 5 days had activities like ‘reflections’ – a nearpod collaborative, highlighting the importance of ‘loving oneself’, an online ‘selfesteem builder spin wheel’, book mark making, flash mob, Zumba , parental engagement activity on the ‘making of a plush toy’, send a praise on teams, surprise a friend with an online greeting card. On the final day the teachers displayed their talents like cooking, music, art and craft through prerecorded videos and live sessions. The wellbeing week culminated with a beautiful song put together by all the teachers of Grade 6 to express their love, affection and to inspire all the students to love, dream, believe and never give up. The objective of these activities was to develop in the students the knowledge, understanding, skills, capabilities and attributes that they need for mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing now and in the future.
