Dedicated and student focused professional with 23 years of service in GEMS. Joined OOS in 1996 and during her long tenure has carried out multiple roles such as High School English Teacher, Head of the English Department, Grade Coordinator, Academic Supervisor and currently heading the Senior School. She has done her Masters in English and a Bachelor of Education in English and Special English.
Rachel believes in providing a well-balanced, supportive and engaging learning environment for all students. Her strengths include observing and evaluating lessons, monitoring student progress and coordinating major school events. She has a proven track record in improving the students’ academic skills which is clearly evident through outstanding CBSE Board Results.
