Kahkashan Afzal joined OOS in September 2006 as the Urdu Teacher for Senior Grades. She continues to serve the institution as the Head of Department for 13 fruitful years. She has a Bachelors degree in Urdu and Education with a Masters in Psychology. Kahkashan gained varied experiences in the field of education as a teacher in many schools back in India as well as in the UAE. Her top priority is to provide every child with the best learning environment to enhance their Urdu language skills.
