GEMS Our Own English High School, Sharjah Girls proudly hosted its maiden TEDxOOEHSGirls Sharjah Youth event, themed “The Invisible Narrators – How Everyday Objects Tell Stories of Our Lives.”
Student speakers from five leading GEMS schools transformed ordinary objects into symbols of courage, curiosity, and self-discovery. The talks journeyed from the familiar to the profound, turning everyday objects into windows of insight and reflection.
The event united young changemakers, parents, educators, and volunteers, and was honoured by Mr. Shankar Jayaraman, TEDx speaking coach, Ms. Pooja Unni, TEDx curator and author, along with the Senior Leadership Team.
A memorable platform where young voices shone, inspired, and connected.

    Students and staff gathered in the school AstroTurf to honor UAE Flag Day on November 3rd, 2025, beginning with a heartfelt prayer for our beloved nation and its visionary leaders.
